Inventory Control Specialist Highlights:
Pay range: $52,528 – $78,792 per year

Inventory Control Specialist Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and complete inventory records in compliance with internal and external requirements
* Lead the cycle count program with a goal of 95%+ accuracy
* Ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed 100%
* Review daily production reports; correct issues related to labeling, reporting errors, scrap, or downtime
* Analyze root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions
* Act as the primary contact for all inventory-related questions
* Maintain and review logistics databases to track product flow and delivery
* Conduct annual reviews of inventory procedures to ensure SOP compliance
* Support continuous improvement and identify process enhancements
* Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with other departments as needed
Inventory Control Specialist Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in inventory management/control preferred
- Forklift experience and certification a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or injection molding environments a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics data analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
