Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 yearly
JOB SUMMARY for a Program Manager
The Quote Center Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing box build activities with DDH Clients and DDH Personnel during the quote phase until production is in place and all issues have been resolved.
RESPONSIBILITIES for a Program Manager
- Project Management of Box Build and PCBA quote packages, working directly with the client to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Breakout BOM, organize and send out material and labor quotes to the appropriate entity. Prepare information for the appropriate General Manager review for final pricing.
- Conduct or supervise the timely and accurate data entry system of Mills of Materials/MI's, Sales Order, and Work Order release
- Coordinate and conduct project meetings with management and appropriate team members to determine engineering feasibility, equipment needed, action items, and schedules for materials and production implementation. Keep meeting minutes.
- Work with the material department in supplier selection and component procurement.
- Assist in the development of new business.
- Quote cable and wire assemblies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS for a Program Manager
- Associate's degree in business or technical discipline, or a combination of education and directly related experience working for a contract manufacturer experience in the printed circuit board assembly and box build industry.
- 10 years + in a contract manufacturing environment as a Program Manager, Account Manager or Purchasing
- Read and understand component drawings, schematics, procedures, and specifications, with an understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MRP Systems, and AutoCAD software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- 80% Office Work and 20% Electrical/Mechanical production environment.
