Senior Maintenance Tech Job Description:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
??Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
??Technical Support: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address complex technical issues, provide guidance on equipment operation, and recommend process improvements.
??Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
??Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment and participating in safety improvement initiatives.

Senior Maintenance Tech Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally with assistance; capable of standing and walking for an extended period of time.
High School Diploma or equivalent as well as technical certifications or an associates degree in a related field.
