Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for reliable and experienced candidates for Mechanical & Electronic Assembler positions in Aurora, IL. If you have consistent manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! These are temp-to-hire positions with immediate openings.
Position Details:

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm

Location: Aurora, IL
Job Responsibilities:
-
Assemble electronic components based on schematics or sample units
-
Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies
-
Assist in developing repair procedures and train team members on repairs
-
Support additional mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools
-
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience working with electronic components and assemblies
-
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
-
Basic knowledge of metal fabrication is a plus
-
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus, but not required
