Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Module Technician (MOD Tech) for a facility in Pine Mountain, GA. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Jacquard looms and related textile weaving equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience maintaining industrial or textile manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform equipment repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on Jacquard looms, modules, and related machinery.
- Inspect, replace, and repair worn or damaged components.
- Monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Inspect fabric and equipment to help ensure quality standards are met.
- Document maintenance activities and report equipment issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, textile manufacturing, or loom repair preferred.
- Ability to identify mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
