Are you passionate about cars? Can you juggle technical details and offer stellar customer support? We’re looking for automotive enthusiasts to join our team as a Service Advisor in a remote inbound/outbound call center! If you’ve got hands-on experience in automotive repair and want to help drivers, suppliers, and repair shops solve their maintenance needs, this could be the perfect fit for you! These positions are remote and pay $18/hour!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for drivers and suppliers by approving/declining automotive repairs based on client policies
- Answer inquiries through phone, email, or our Maintenance Platform software
- Use your mechanical knowledge to negotiate repairs and find solutions quickly
- Guide drivers to repair facilities
- Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with first-call resolution and empathy
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on automotive mechanical experience
- High school diploma (310S or 310T license is a bonus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A knack for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a home office
- Quiet work environment and high-speed internet
Perks:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week
- Work between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
