Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Based on Shift & Experience)

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Production Operators to join our team in Columbus, IN.
After completing your 90-day probationary period, you will receive a $1.00 per hour raise.
Shift Schedule & Pay
-
1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM): $17.00/hour

2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM): $19.00/hour
-
3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $19.00/hour
(Includes $2.00 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift.)
Job Duties
-
Operate and maintain machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently

Follow production schedules to meet output and quality standards

Monitor and adjust production processes to meet specifications
-
Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
-
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low supplies
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
-
Experience operating machinery and equipment
-
Ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Clean background check
-
Proficient in spoken and written English
-
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
-
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
-
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive motions daily
-
Basic computer skills (open programs, print labels, etc.)

$1.00 per hour increase at full-time conversion

$550 bonus after 6 months of active service
