Production Operator
Location: Columbus, IN
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Based on Shift & Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking motivated Production Operators to join a manufacturing team in Columbus, IN.
After successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, employees receive a $1.00/hour raise.
Shift Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $19.00/hr (includes $2.00 shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $19.00/hr (includes $2.00 shift premium)
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain production machinery
- Follow production schedules and meet output goals
- Monitor and adjust processes to meet quality standards
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Monitor inventory and report shortages
- Perform basic computer tasks (labels, system use)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Clean background check
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexible for shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Basic computer skills required
