Customer Service Representative

Do you love helping people, solving problems, and turning frustration into relief? Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the world's leader in beverage dispensing manufacturers! This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Pay: Starting at $18/hr. Weekly Pay!

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday

What You'll Do:

·Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution.
·Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
·Analyzes customer service needs and refers to other service or technical department for follow up as needed.
·May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
·Uses a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
·May promote products/services but does not have a sales quota.
·Work is routine or follows standard procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting customers across multiple platforms, including phone, email, chat, and potentially social media
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues using internal systems and resources
• Capacity to quickly learn and accurately communicate product and service information
• Comfortable navigating and updating installation and start?up tracking through electronic systems
• Experience maintaining accurate order records and organized filing systems
• Excellent communication and problem?solving skills in a fast?paced environment
• Ability to identify and escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross?functional teams
