Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Machine Operators who are eager to join our team working with Milliken in LaGrange, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a company TRULY worth growing with! Great starting pay that just INCREASED PLUS OVERTIME!

Machine Operator Highlights:

Competitive starting pay rate between 16.00-18.25/hr (pay may vary based on shift and experience)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate various machines in a production environment
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
Inspect quality of products/ parts; notify supervisors of non-conformance issues
Meet production demands with regards to production volume and quality goals

Machine Operator Requirements:

Recent job-related experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Stable work history
Flexibility in working hours including ability to work 12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
