Processing Associate
Company Overview:
A specialty manufacturer of powdered beverages and foods, dedicated to core values of Respect, Safety, Customer Focus, and Performance.
Shifts and Pay:
- Monday-Friday: 7 am – 3:30 pm
Pay: $14.00/hour - Monday-Thursday: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am
Pay: $15.00/hour - Perfect Attendance Incentive: +$1.00/hour
Position Responsibilities:
- Learn the product, processes, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety rules.
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance with no unexcused absences in the last 60 days.
- Arrive on time for shifts and return from breaks punctually, working the full shift without early departures.
- Assist operators in meeting processing targets for safety, quality, and quantity.
- Complete tasks as trained and directed by operators, leads, or processing leadership.
- Adhere to all plant GMPs without fail.
- Complete all required training.
- Interact professionally, respectfully, and courteously with co-workers, leadership, customers, and suppliers.
Additional Responsibilities for Advancement:
- Minimum 60 days in the processing department with no unexcused absences.
- Increased blending operator duties, including assisting with blending, washing up, and reassembly.

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and retain training effectively.
- Capable of standing for 8-10 hours.
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs and push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Treats others with respect.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills to discuss issues with operators and leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
