Malone Staffing is hiring Floor Techs for immediate openings at a large distribution center in Shreveport, LA!
You’ll be working at a large Distribution Center cleaning and maintaining floors using industrial floor machines.
No prior floor machine experience is required — training is provided!
Position Details
- Position: Floor Tech
- Location: Shreveport, LA
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Start: Immediate openings
- Training: Provided on floor machines
Job Duties
- Operate floor-cleaning machines to clean and maintain facility floors
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Must be able to walk throughout a large facility for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and remain active throughout the workday
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
