Malone is hiring dependable, motivated Food Service Workers for one of our hospital clients! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a team that makes a difference, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: Northville, MI
Shifts: Opening, mid, swing, and closing shifts available

Shift Availability

The department operates between 5:30 AM and 8:30 PM.

Opening shift: 5:30-6:00 AM start, working until approximately 2:00-3:00 PM
Closing shift: 1:00 PM until close
Mid-shifts and swing shifts: Flexible options may be available

Weekend and holiday availability is required as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables.
Measure ingredients and follow approved recipes.
Transport food, trays, pans, and supplies safely.
Store and label food properly while following food rotation procedures.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Prepare and serve food while maintaining quality, proper temperatures, and portion sizes.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory control and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment.
Able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform food preparation duties.
