Position Summary for Packaging Associates:
The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging plastic bottles and bags according to company quality standards and production requirements. This position ensures products are properly inspected, counted, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Shifts & pay for Packaging Associates:

1st Shift: 6:50AM-3PM-$17.50 per hour

2nd Shift: 2:50PM-11PM-$18.00 per hour

3rd Shift: 10:50PM-7AM-$18.50 per hour
Job Duties for Packaging Associates Include:

Inspect plastic bottles and bags for defects, damage, or quality issues.

Package finished products into boxes, cartons, or other designated containers.

Count and verify product quantities to ensure accuracy.

Label, seal, and prepare packaged products for shipping and storage.

Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low.

Maintain production records and complete required documentation.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and moving finished products as needed.

Support other production and warehouse functions as assigned.
Job Requirements for a Packaging Associate:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Experience with assembly, hand-packing, or visual inspection is a plus

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Basic math, computer, and organizational skills
-
Must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety regulations
