Assemblers for Powder Coating.
Hours: 7am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday (possible occasional ½ Friday)
Pay: $16.50 /hour.
Powder Coating Assembler
Temp-to-Hire | $16.50/Hour
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Powder Coating Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation, assembly, handling, and movement of materials through the powder coating process while maintaining quality and production standards in a safe work environment.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional half-day Fridays as needed
Pay Rate
- $16.50 per hour
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare parts for the powder coating process.
- Load and unload parts and materials onto racks and production lines.
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Safely handle materials and equipment used throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment and production processes.
