We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will load and unload tires and auto parts, stock inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility.
This is an active, physical position where you will spend most of your shift on your feet and operating equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and staying busy, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, move, and stock tires and automotive parts throughout the warehouse.
- Safely operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, picker/reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Use handheld scanners to locate, pick, put away, and track inventory.
- Assist with inventory control and maintaining accurate product locations.
- Safely handle a variety of tires, including commercial, industrial, and agricultural tires.
- Work with team members and use mechanical equipment when handling heavier or oversized tires.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and equipment operating guidelines.
- Assist other departments, including e-commerce, inventory, and will call, as business needs require.
- Work overtime as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Perform other job-related duties and follow reasonable job-related instructions from your supervisor.
- Pay is between $19-20 per hour.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding warehouse position. You must be able to:
- Consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
- Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Bend, stoop, reach, climb, and perform repetitive physical movements as required.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience preferred.
- Forklift/reach truck or picker experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Ability to use a handheld scanner or learn warehouse scanning systems.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with reasonable accommodations where appropriate.
