Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, using tools, and working as part of a production team.
Assembler Highlights:
Pay: $16.50 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Occasional half-day OT on Friday
- Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours
Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to work instructions
- Work within an assigned production team to meet daily production goals
- Follow standard work procedures to maintain quality and productivity
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area
Assembler Job Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience is a plus
