Malone Staffing Solutions is hiring hardworking, dependable, and professional individuals for Event Busser in Lexington, KY. Bussers will support servers and the hospitality team during special events by maintaining clean dining areas, clearing tables, resetting tables, and helping ensure guests receive exceptional service.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced upscale hospitality environment.
Event Busser Benefits:
Compensation: $14.10/hour

Additional details: Weekly pay, benefits available, event-based scheduling, and the opportunity for additional assignments based on performance, attendance, and client needs.
Event Busser Duties:
- Support servers and other hospitality staff throughout special events
- Promptly clear plates, glassware, silverware, napkins, and other items from guest tables
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and accurately for incoming guests
- Maintain clean and organized dining, service, and guest areas throughout the event
- Replenish table settings, silverware, glassware, napkins, and other supplies as needed
- Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and other guest requests when needed
- Transport used dishes and service items to designated dishwashing or kitchen areas
- Assist with keeping server stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor dining areas and proactively identify tables requiring clearing or additional assistance
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other event personnel
- Assist with event setup before service and breakdown following the event
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the required dress code throughout the entire shift
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests when approached
- Follow instructions provided by Red Mile and Malone supervisors and management
- Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced event environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Event Busser Skill & Education Requirements:
- Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, hospitality, or bussing experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to safely carry dishes, trays, glassware, and other service items
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to follow instructions and respond quickly to supervisor requests
- Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must arrive on time, properly groomed, and in the required uniform
- Required attire: black dress pants, black shoes, and white button-up shirt
- Black vest preferred when available
- Must be available to work the entire scheduled shift
