Plant 2 – Contour Inspector / Washer Operator
Position Overview:
The Contour Inspector/Washer Operator is responsible for inspecting and measuring parts, recording inspection data, communicating results to operators, and assisting washer operations as needed.
Job Duties:
- Operate a contracer/computer system to accurately measure and inspect parts.
- Record inspection results and communicate findings to machine operators.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy when inspecting parts.
- When contour inspection duties are complete, assist washer operators as needed.
- Inspect and pack parts into jits from cutting lines.
- Perform duties involving walking, standing, bending, and other physical activity.
- Maintain a fast pace when production demands require it.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements.
Work Requirements:
- Basic computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Position is mostly seated, with periods of walking, standing, and bending.
- Pay $15.00
- Must be capable of working from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Must also be capable of working 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. when required.
- Evaluation: 80%
