Location: Walmart Distribution Center, Shepherdsville, KY
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Friday- Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Corrugate Tech for an immediate opportunity supporting a Distribution Center in Shepherdsville, KY. This role is responsible for breaking down and recycling cardboard in an assigned area of the distribution or fulfillment center and supporting general cleaning tasks throughout the facility. A Corrugate Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area to be disposed of.
- Operate baler, auger, and trash compactor.
- Sweep floors and support the cleaning team.
- Empty trash and wood bins throughout the distribution center.
- Remain flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the scheduled Monday-Thursday overnight shift.
- Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and related equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Closed-toe shoes required; crocs are not allowed.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift as needed to perform cardboard breakdown and recycling tasks.
