We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator / Order Picker to support warehouse inventory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for moving inventory throughout the warehouse, accurately relocating products from one storage location to another, and assisting with inventory organization and replenishment. Candidates must have prior experience operating a reach truck and performing order picking duties in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to transport products throughout the warehouse
- Move inventory from one location to another to support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Pick customer orders accurately and according to company standards
- Perform inventory transfers, replenishment, and stock rotation as needed
- Verify product quantities and locations during inventory movements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous reach truck operating experience required
- Previous order picking experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Inventory control or cycle count experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
Schedule & Pay
- 2:00pm – 11:00pm (Mon- Fri)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Pay based on experience
