Machine Operator Lead/Setup

- Pay: $19-$25 per hour (depending on exp.)

- Shift: 1st shift, M-F (rough hours 8am-4:30pm)

Summary:
A European specialized cable manufacturer is opening their first U.S. based manufacturing facility in a brand new building in the South Columbus area! They are looking for eager, skilled, and mechanically inclined individuals to help ramp up to full production in the upcoming weeks. The first opening will revolve around machine setup, operation, and adjustments, and the second opening will revolve around spooling the cables, ensuring quality, and helping with shipping the final product.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior Machine Operator experience
- Considers themselves mechanically inclined
- Has experience troubleshooting and making adjustments to machinery
- Is a good teammate/team player
- Has good organizational skills
- Follows processes and procedures
- Learns quickly
- Always perform duties safely
- Has excellent work ethic and time management skills
