Job Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate
Locations: Louisville, KY | Shepherdsville, KY
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring 3rd Shift Warehouse Associates for immediate opportunities in Louisville, KY and Shepherdsville, KY. This role supports order fulfillment and material handling operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe completion of warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and assemble custom kits according to client lists and procedures.
- Construct shipping cartons, wrap and palletize items, and maintain a safe, organized workstation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the scheduled shift, including varying shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts) and weekend or holiday work depending on business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and to bend and stoop as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments that can be fast-paced and occasionally non-climate-controlled.
