Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring General Labor associates for immediate opportunities in Louisville, KY and Shepherdsville, KY. This role supports order fulfillment, material handling, inventory tracking, and quality control operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe completion of warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and assemble custom kits according to client lists and procedures.
- Material Handling: Construct shipping cartons, wrap and palletize items, and maintain a safe, organized workstation.
- Inventory & Tech: Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners, computers, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SAP) to accurately log and track merchandise.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping them to customers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the assigned shift, including the every-other-Saturday requirement for Options 1 and 2.
- Ability to work varying shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts) and weekend or holiday work depending on business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and to bend and stoop as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments that can be fast-paced and occasionally non-climate-controlled.
