Now Hiring: Stand-Up Reach Truck & Turret Forklift Operators – 1st Shift
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Potential overtime with a 4:00 AM start
Overtime: Must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
Breaks: Two paid 20-minute breaks
Pay
- Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator: $19.00/hour
- Turret Forklift Operator: $20.50/hour
Join a growing warehouse team offering a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits after 90 days. We are looking for experienced forklift operators who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a cold freezer environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stand-up reach truck or turret forklift
- Pick, replenish, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload product
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous stand-up reach truck and/or turret forklift experience required
- Must be comfortable working in a cold freezer environment
- Turret operators must be comfortable working at heights. Storage racks reach up to 88 feet.
- Must be available to work overtime on Saturdays when needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
