As a Chocolate Production Associate, you will assist with packaging, product preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe production area.
Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and packaging of chocolate products while following company quality standards.
- Prepare, portion, and package finished chocolate items for distribution.
- Perform labeling, sealing, and product assembly tasks as needed.
- Operate and assist with basic production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area by following sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment, workstations, and production areas.
- Inspect products for quality, appearance, and accuracy before packaging.
- Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, shift leads, and team members.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production guidelines.
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to equipment, temperature changes, and production materials.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred but not required.
Schedule:
- Full-time – Monday – Friday – 7 am -3:30 pm
Payrate:
- $17.20/hr
