Warehouse Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 3rd shift 7:00pm-5:30pm Sun-Wed
- $19/hr + $1.50 shift differential
- Act as lead in specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed
- Guide and train current and new employees on guidelines and new/updated procedures
- Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example
- Help Oversee daily assigned area
- Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards
Qualifications
- Must Submit to a drug test and background check
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in Spanish is plus
- Strong problem- solving and motivational skills
- Hand on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast paced team environment.
- At least 1 year of expeirence in a quality, lead or training role
- Dependable and puntual with sharp attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for up to 8-10hours
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
- Ability to use computer touch screens, scan guns and label printers
- Ability to use a pallet and jack/push and roll carts
