Fiber Laser Machine Operator / Production Associate
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fiber Laser Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role will primarily support the operation of a Bystronic Fiber Laser Cutting System while assisting with material handling and general production duties. No prior experience is required, but candidates with at least six months of manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with operating and monitoring the Bystronic Fiber Laser Cutting System
- Load and unload materials for production runs
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
- Perform basic housekeeping and maintain a clean work area
- Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Preferred: 6+ months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment
