Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Pay: $22-$24/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays required
Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Warehouse leadership experience
- Forklift and powered equipment experience
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Commitment to safety and attendance
Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations and team performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and process inbound/outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Train team members on warehouse procedures
- Monitor workflow and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Assist with inventory counts, customer returns, and other warehouse tasks as needed
