In this role, you’ll work with industrial heat-treating equipment, helping process materials to precise customer specifications. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the operation, monitoring, and control of heat-treating equipment
- Load and unload furnaces, fixtures, baskets, bins, and materials for processing
- Follow work instructions, shop travelers, and customer specifications
- Inspect work and communicate any equipment or production concerns to leadership
- Support team members and production operations as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Handle customer materials with care to prevent damage or loss
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods in an industrial environment
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable working around heat, noise, humidity, and industrial equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions
Important Requirement
Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
