Malone is hiring warehouse associates in Carlsbad.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Pick, label, and prepare finished goods for customer orders
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
- Perform put-away functions using a tablet-based Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Conduct assigned cycle counts and inventory checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks
- Report out-of-stock items, inventory discrepancies, and low stock levels to supervisors
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
- Experience using scanners, scales, and inventory management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent math, organizational, and time-management skills
- Computer literacy required, including data entry and system navigation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
