Assembly Technician (2nd Shift)
We are currently seeking two detail-oriented Assembly Technicians with prior assembly experience to join our team. This role requires individuals who can read and interpret engineering plans while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4×10 schedule)
- Fridays are typically voluntary, but may become mandatory as needed, along with occasional Saturdays
Pay:
- Pay is based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multiple sub-assembly operations and support main line stations with shorter cycle times
- Follow standardized processes to build high-quality products with minimal troubleshooting
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Use basic hand tools, torque guns, and simple electrical devices
- Maintain productivity standards after completing training
- Assist with other duties and equipment operation as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly experience required
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand engineering plans
- Basic computer skills required
- Willingness to be trained on forklifts, RF scanners, label printers, and other equipment
- Ability to learn and perform basic SAP transactions
