Job Summary:
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking reliable and experienced Floor Technicians to join our team at a large distribution facility in Houston, TX. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and professional floor surfaces throughout the facility.
Available Shifts:
- Weekday Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (3 positions available)
- Weekday Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (3 positions available)
Pay Rate:
- $14.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain carpeted and hard surface floors
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning
- Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in designated work areas
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of floor technician or floor care experience required
- Ability to operate floor cleaning machinery and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be dependable and able to work assigned shift consistently
Additional Information:
- Required on First Day: Valid ID
- Dress Code: Composite toe shoes are required
