Malone Solutions is hiring a Pricing Coordinator in Nashville, TN.
Pay Rate: $28/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Job Summary
This role supports the North America Pricing team’s ongoing operations by planning, executing, and improving key business activities. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of administrative, analytical, and customer-facing responsibilities while working under limited supervision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recurring business activities such as:
- Marketing events
- Pricing and product analyses
- Internal and external communications (newsletters, publications)
- Maintain and enhance reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Manage systems and databases, including:
- User access
- Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Moderation tasks
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes (Pricing & Rebates), ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Respond to operational inquiries from stakeholders, channel partners, and vendors
- Research and resolve issues, communicating findings to internal and external customers
- Process new account rebate requests and review/approve rebate center registrations
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks
- Compile research findings and assist in preparing presentations and communications
- Take ownership of well-defined portions of projects
- Train new employees and serve as a resource for team members
- Provide support on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
