Position Summary:
Seeking a reliable Brush Operator to support production by operating machinery and assembling industrial brushes. This role is ideal for candidates with CNC experience who are detail-oriented and safety-focused.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor brush manufacturing and CNC equipment
Assemble and inspect products to meet quality standards
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Must have CNC operator experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods
Lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement
