Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:15 PM

Position Overview
The Operator constructs and assembles components and parts according to required customer specifications. This role plays a key part in ensuring 100% on-time delivery while maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts following detailed work instructions
- Ensure products meet quality and customer standards
- Maintain production pace to support delivery goals
- Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
