Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility in Maryland. This is a full-time, 4-day work week opportunity offering consistent hours and a long weekend every week. We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work and can show up consistently.
The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, and a solid work history demonstrating reliability and consistency.
Details
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6:55 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently throughout the shift
- Operate industrial equipment as required
- Support production and manufacturing processes
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Perform physically active tasks throughout the shift
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Continuous employment history in previous roles
- Experience in manufacturing, landscaping, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Good physical health and stamina
- Capable of standing for extended periods, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting
- Good vision and manual dexterity
