Material Handling Team Leader Highlights:
- Full-time position starting at $21.50/hr
- 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Material Handling Team Leader Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of material handlers in daily operations
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and proper staging of finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using Kanban systems and discrepancy resolution
- Train, coach, and provide coverage for Material Presenters as needed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Escalate issues and follow LEAN principles and standard operating procedures
Material Handling Team Leader Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in material handling or purchasing in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willing to work overtime as needed
