Malone is hiring for a Telemarketer in Carlsbad, CA.

Telemarketer Responsibilities:

Make calls to customers to share information about products and services
Answer questions and help customers with their needs
Keep customer records up to date
Work toward sales or call goals while providing friendly service
Support sales goals by promoting products and following up on leads
Skilled at navigating databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications
Quick to learn new software and tools to improve workflow and productivity
Efficient at managing multiple screens, data entry, and digital communications

Telemarketer Requirements:

College degree
Great attention to detail
Customer service etiquette
Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional
Team player with positive attitude

Pay: $16.90 to $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
