Sales Support Specialist Highlights:

Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Work From Home with one in-office week annually)
10 paid holidays
SEP Pension begins after 24 months
3-week paid “hiatus” every 7 years
Aggressive PTO:
- 88 hours at 1 year
- 128 hours at 3 years
- 168 hours at 5 years
Full benefits package: 80% of medical premiums covered by employer
Café plan eligibility after 60 days
Life insurance begins after 90 days

Sales Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:

Support Account Representatives by assisting with quotes, bids, sales orders, and follow-ups
Perform outreach to customers regarding order status, renewals, and manufacturer updates
Maintain communication with clients and manufacturers
Collaborate with Sales Lead and leadership to support evolving business development objectives and project work
Abide by all remote work policies and remain available during designated work hours
Spend one week per year in-office (typically during holiday season)

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
Able to work independently while staying highly responsive
Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive with assigned tasks
