Malone is hiring Forklift Operators to support a major cross-dock operation in Memphis moving pre-destined, pre-labeled containers–no picking, packing, or product handling, just efficient freight movement and steady work.
Position Details
- Job Title: Forklift Operator – Cross-Dock Logistics
- Location: Memphis, TN
- Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available (3rd shift may be added)
- Pay: $22/hr (1st shift) * $23/hr (2nd shift)
- Job Type: Full-time, long-term with weekly pay
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating a forklift to move pre-labeled, pre-assigned containers
- Loading and unloading trailers in a high-volume cross-dock environment
- Moving freight between dock doors and staging lanes
- Verifying container labels and destinations
- Following safety procedures while keeping freight moving
- Keeping your work area clean and organized

- Forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
