Malone Solutions is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for one of our clients in the Seymour Indiana area.
About the Company:
The company is a small family-owned business. Their main focus is producing prints, and novelties. They have been in business over 80 years. They are a 3PL with four different companies under their belt, working within 11 different buildings.
Position:
This is a very entry level fast pace position for someone looking to make some extra cash or who is just starting out in the workforce. Must be physically fit as you will be stacking boxes up to 40 pounds inside of a trailer. Great work and life balance.
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm M-F (little overtime during the busy season)
Pay/Positions: Shipping & Receiving $12.50 an hour
Requirements:
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to show up to work everyday
- Must have reliable transportation to Seymour Indiana area
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds consistently
- Some computer knowledge for printing shipping labels
Conversion:
- Eligible for benefits 31 days after converting to full time
- Eligible for 401K after 90 days of converting to full time
- Accrue 3 hours of PTO after every 80 hours worked
- Pay increase once hired on
