Malone Solutions is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for one of our clients in the Seymour, Indiana area.

About the Company
Our client is a small, family-owned business with over 80 years of success. They specialize in producing prints and novelties and operate as a 3PL provider with four companies under their umbrella across 11 different buildings. They pride themselves on teamwork and maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level, fast-paced role focused on shipping and receiving operations. You will be working inside trailers and warehouse areas stacking and organizing boxes.
This role requires someone who is physically fit and comfortable lifting and stacking boxes weighing up to 40 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities

Load and unload trailers

Stack and organize boxes (up to 40 lbs)

Print and apply shipping labels

Assist with general shipping and receiving tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Must pass a drug screen and background check

Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Reliable transportation to the Seymour, IN area

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (printing shipping labels)

Must be fluent in English or bilingual

Strong attendance and dependability are required
Conversion & Benefits (Upon Full-Time Hire)

Eligible for benefits 31 days after converting to full-time

Eligible for 401(k) after 90 days of full-time employment

Accrue 3 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked
