Malone is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Technician in the Brunswick area. Come work for one of the largest employers in the area and with a great team! The maintenance technician will perform the maintenance, repair, and improvements to the vehicles.
Maintenance Technician Essential Duties
-
Perform manufacturer required maintenance on vehicles.

Observe all safety precautions when driving vehicles to and from work area.

Perform maintenance checks outside.

Drive vehicles needing batteries charged to charging area.
-
Connect/ Disconnect battery to battery charger in a safe manner.

Assist team members to assure quality is maintained during maintenance checks.

Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Valid US Driver’s License
-
Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security

Drive both automatic and standard vehicles
-
SHIFT: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with possibility of overtime and/or weekend work as needed. Pay is up to $24 per hour depending on experience.
Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proven problem-solving abilities

Deadline and detail oriented
Physical Attributes:
-
Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs including maneuvering of 30lb compressor

Stand, bend, and or kneel throughout shift
-
Work in confined spaces / congested quarters

Work exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and or any other conditions out of doors
