Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Night Supervisor starting pay is $24.00/hr for a great company located 30 minutes outside of Henderson
This night shift leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the production shift, ensuring all processes run smoothly, and maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Shift- 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday 11:45pm-8:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee night shift production.
- Assist with the training of new team members.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Optimize production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Making sure team members are following safety and quality procedures always.
- Set up and operate molding machines according to production schedules.
- Install and adjust molds, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Make necessary adjustments to machines as
- Keep accurate records of machine operations.
- Fill in for Mold Changer or Inspector as needed.
- Conduct visual, durability, and measurement tests of molded parts.
- Document inspection results and place products on hold when needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
Job Skills required:
- 2 years management or team lead experience
- Initiative-taker and dependable
- Follow company quality and safety guidelines.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Forklift experience
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
