Malone Solutions is URGENTLY hiring Gutter Installers to join our team supporting our new client in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a company that values serving their community as expert craftsmanship with integrity. Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: Start at 16/hr. (Based on experience)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4 PM – Monday – Friday
- 40 hours weekly
Summary:
The Gutter Installer supports the installation team by assisting with seamless gutter installations, handling tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is an entry-level role with full training provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, physically capable, comfortable working at heights, and eager to learn a trade with long-term growth potential.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with seamless gutter installations using ladders, tools, and equipment.
- Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites; support general shop/yard duties.
- Help with post-install tasks, such as hanging door knockers or posting yard signs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and work on ladders and roofs.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well on a team.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability meet background check requirements.
- Carpentry and/or sheet metal experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, and installation equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
- Strong understanding of workplace safety
