Malone Solutions is URGENTLY hiring Lead Gutter Installers to join our team supporting our new client in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a company that values serving their community as expert craftsmanship with integrity. Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: Start at 21/hr. (Based on experience)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4 PM – Monday – Friday
- 40 hours weekly
Summary:
As Lead Gutter Installer you’re responsible for leading installation projects, coordinating daily tasks, and guiding crew members. This role includes hands-on installation, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Lead seamless gutter installations and perform hands-on work.
- Supervise crews and coordinate daily onsite and shop tasks.
- Operate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and shop areas.
- Handle material pickups, post-install tasks, and follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior Lead Gutter Installer experience (required).
- Strong communication, leadership, reliability, and punctuality.
- Able to work safely at heights, in all weather, and perform physical labor.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background/driving record check.
Preferred Experience:
- Carpentry or sheet metal background
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, and installation equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
- Strong understanding of workplace safety
