Job Description:
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable General Labor associates to support overnight safety operations at a facility in Temecula, CA. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment by monitoring the building and ensuring compliance with fire and safety standards during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular firewatch and safety rounds throughout the facility
Monitor for fire hazards, unsafe conditions, or potential risks
Ensure all safety procedures are followed consistently
Report safety concerns or incidents promptly to leadership

Requirements:

Prior safety or general labor experience preferred
Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight shifts
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Required Safety Attire:

Safety glasses
Closed-toe shoes (no open-toe footwear)
Long pants required (no shorts)
