Multimedia Content Assistant
Location: Elk Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $26.55 per hour
Type: Temporary (4-month assignment, may be extended)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to support media production and content creation for work instructions. This role involves filming, organizing, and editing training videos and materials to improve process documentation and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture videos and photos using GoPro cameras.

Import and organize media for use in work instructions.

Perform basic video editing and content creation in PowerPoint.

Collaborate with team members to develop storyboards and outlines.

Create first drafts of instructional videos with proper sequencing and AI narration.

Review and edit videos based on feedback from team leads.
Qualifications:

Experience with video shooting, importing, and basic editing.

Strong PowerPoint skills for content creation.

Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Interview required prior to start.

Screening requirements are the same as other production positions at Toppan Elk Grove.
