Are you fluent in French and English and looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a 2nd Shift French Translator for a full-time position in Louisville, KY. This role will support plant operations by helping bridge communication between supervisors and French-speaking team members.

French Translator Highlights:

• Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm (some overtime may be required)

• Shift: 2nd shift (starts Mondays at 2:00pm)

• Location: Louisville, KY

French Translator Job Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time verbal translation between supervisors and French-speaking employees on the production floor

• Remain accessible via radio to assist with on-demand translation needs throughout the shift

• Translate written documents between French and English with accuracy and attention to tone

• Assist with training materials, signage, and communication updates as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and edit documentation

French Translator Job Qualifications:

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

• Previous translation experience preferred, especially in industrial or operational environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate quickly and clearly

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with supervisors and employees

• Reliable and adaptable to changing needs on the production floor
